901 Assessing Adherence to RCSEng Standards for Operation Notes in Patients With Neck of Femur Fractures: A Closed Loop Audit

Abstract Aim To determine the accuracy with which Royal College of Surgeons England (RCSEng) standards for documenting surgical procedures were met within a defined patient group, goal improving safety, and documentation medicolegal purposes. Method We conducted closed loop audit on adherence to RCSEng operation notes. calculated percentage each measurable standard overall note, presented data at local clinical governance meeting. implemented autotext templates operations improve quality notes in following standards. collected retrospectively after 3 months complete cycle.
